Who we are

This website is operated by Terona B.V., Leiden, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 28114027, VAT NL817476301B01), the company behind the Claesson Living brand. Contact: service@terona.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, the topic and your message. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics on this site, and we do not run a shop here. Purchases are made on Amazon, which has its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

To read and answer your message. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.

Who processes it

Form messages are delivered to us by an external form service (Formspree, based in the United States) and by email. The site is hosted by a hosting provider that stores the page files and may log technical visit data such as your IP address. The site's fonts are hosted on the site itself, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties to display them. The "Buy on Amazon" links go to Amazon and carry a tracking tag that lets us see, in aggregate, how many visits from this site lead to Amazon pages and purchases.

How long we keep it

No longer than needed to handle your message and any follow-up.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and you can object to our use of it, by emailing service@terona.com. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
